Levey Group has recently commenced construction on a 661,000-square-foot industrial project in Pearland. The new Levey Logistics Park, situated on 38 acres at 14699 Almeda School Road, is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2025. Harvey Builders has been selected as the general contractor for this project.
The development will consist of two warehouses – a cross-dock warehouse spanning over 496,000 square feet and a rear-load building covering an area of approximately165,000 square feet. The park will also feature amenities such as spacious truck courts measuring up to185 feet in length and ample trailer parking space along with speed bays extending up to60 feet.
Tenants at Levey Logistics Park will have convenient access to Beltway8 through Riley Road, Almeda School Road and Levey Lane. Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Foreman and Allison Bergmann have been appointed as the leasing agents for this property.
