CBRE Group, Inc. announced on Friday its plans to establish a new Global Financial Headquarters at Lever House, located at 390 Park Ave in Midtown Manhattan. The space will be designed and operated by Industrious and will consist of 64,350 square feet spread across six floors. CBRE expects to move into the new headquarters in the fourth quarter of 2025.
This decision highlights CBRE’s growing presence in New York City’s financial sector as well as its expanding investment management business. The company has also been more involved with public and private capital markets through various mergers and acquisitions activities and co-investments in real estate assets.
According to Bob Sulentic, Chairperson and CEO of CBRE, Lever House is an ideal location for attracting top talent within the real estate finance industry due to its prime address in Midtown’s financial district. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near their current New York operations hub at 200 Park Ave where they have been based for over three decades.
While Lever House will serve as the Global Financial Headquarters for CBRE moving forward, their Tri-State Advisory Services business will continue operating out of their current headquarters at 200 Park Ave. Their global corporate headquarters remains located at 2121 N Pearl St., Dallas.
