**Level 3 Construction Completes $11M WoodSpring Suites in Santee, CA**
Level 3 Construction, Inc. has announced the completion of the $11 million WoodSpring Suites Santee, a new four-story extended-stay hotel located at 8801 Mission Gorge Road in Santee, California.
Commissioned by Miami-based developer Gold Coast Premier Properties, the project broadens the range of extended-stay lodging options available in East County San Diego. The hotel aims to cater to business travelers, relocating families, and visitors needing longer-term accommodations. Its strategic location—east of downtown San Diego and near State Routes 52 and 125—positions it well to serve the growing demand for extended-stay facilities in the region.
The 47,598-square-foot property includes 122 guest suites, each designed for both comfort and functionality. Suites are outfitted with a kitchenette featuring a full-size refrigerator, sofa, wardrobe, and work desk. Guests also have access to a fitness center, guest laundry facilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
This marks the second collaboration between Level 3 Construction and Gold Coast Premier Properties, following the successful completion of the WoodSpring Suites Corona, which also includes 122 guest suites.
