Levain Bakery Opens New Location at 122 Fifth Ave in Flatiron District

Levain Bakery has signed a lease for 3,000 square feet of space at 122 Fifth Ave., the 11-story mixed-use project recently completed by Bromley Companies in New York City’s Flatiron District. Located adjacent to the 18th Street entrance of the office component, Levain will open its doors in early 2024.

Nicholas Haines, CEO of Bromley Companies commented on their vision for 122 Fifth: “We are creating a premier office destination where our tenants can look forward to their commute and enjoy all that it offers.” Levain was represented by Newmark while Cushman & Wakefield represented Bromley. The bakery chain founded in 1995 on NYC’s Upper West Side now has eight locations throughout NYC and one location on Los Angeles’ West Coast.
