**Lennar and Related Break Ground on Hudson Valley Mixed-Use Community**

Lennar and Related Companies have officially broken ground on Tuxedo Reserve, a new mixed-use development located in New York’s Hudson Valley. This large-scale community will feature new single-family homes and townhomes built by Lennar, as well as a brand-new town center, The Village at Tuxedo Reserve, developed by Related Companies.

The Village at Tuxedo Reserve is set to become a vibrant hub for both residents and the surrounding region, offering shopping, dining, year-round curated events, and essential services.

“Tuxedo Reserve started with a vision over 40 years ago to transform the area by creating the first new built-from-the-ground-up village in generations, inspired by small towns and hamlets across America,” said Greg Gushee, Executive Vice President at Related Companies. “With our partners at Lennar, city officials, and local stakeholders, we are able to make that dream a reality by creating a new neighborhood.”

Sales for the single-family homes and townhomes are scheduled to begin in 2025, while leasing for the rental units at The Village at Tuxedo Reserve is expected to launch in 2026.
