Lendlease Completes Habitat Mixed-Use Project in Los Angeles

Lendlease and its joint venture partner, Aware Super, celebrated the topping-out of their mixed-use development project called Habitat. Located at 3401 S. La Cienega Blvd in Los Angeles, the project includes a six-story office building and a 12-story multifamily building.

The developer’s goal is to achieve LEED platinum certification for the office component of Habitat – making it the first new-construction creative office property in LA to do so. The entire project is expected to be completed by early 2026 and will feature a total of 253,000 square feet for offices, as well as a multifamily building with 260 units.

In addition to these buildings, there will also be retail and restaurant spaces totaling at about 2,900 square feet. One acre of open space will also be integrated into this development which offers convenient access to public transportation such as LA Metro and Expo Bike Path – making it an ideal location in the heart of Los Angeles.

According to Meg Spriggs , managing director of Development for Lendlease Americas: “Habitat showcases our expertise in creating sustainable yet dynamic spaces that cater both residentially & commercially.” This premier product aims not only provide high-quality living options but also deliver strong returns on investment for investors looking into opportunities within Los Angeles’ market.
