**Lehr Automotive Expands Regional Operations with Major Lease in Pittsburg**
Colliers has secured one of the largest industrial leases of the year along the Highway 4 Corridor. Lehr Automotive has signed a long-term lease for a 58,000-square-foot industrial facility at Empire Business Park, located at 701 Willow Pass Road in Pittsburg, California.
The lease was negotiated by Colliers Senior Vice President Bill Hillis and Executive Vice President Curt Scheve. With this expansion, Lehr Automotive will significantly increase its assembly capacity and strengthen its regional footprint, which already includes facilities in Sacramento and Reno.
Lehr Automotive is a leading provider of emergency vehicle upfitting services, delivering advanced technology and specialized equipment to police, fire, and other public safety fleets.
