Legacy Ventures Acquires Centennial Resort

Atlanta-based Legacy Ventures, a leading hospitality investment, development and management company, has announced its acquisition of the historic Dillard House in Rabun County, Georgia. The 100-acre property boasts stunning mountain views and is situated along Highway 441 with frontage on the Little Tennessee River.

The resort features an array of amenities including 92 guest rooms, a renowned Southern restaurant, over 11,000 square feet of meeting space for events and conferences. Additionally,the property offers an equestrian center,fishing pond,and hiking trails for guests to enjoy.

With plans to invest $20 million into renovations,Legacy Ventures aims to revitalize the guest rooms,dining options,and conference facilities.Additionally,the company plans to enhance recreational offerings by introducing new activities such as fly fishing,pickleball,and archery.The addition of ceremonial structures will also make it an ideal location for weddings and other special events.
