Legacy Partners and The Resmark Companies have teamed up to develop two single-family build-to-rent communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Construction is currently underway for these developments, with an expected completion date of late 2025. Provident General Contractors has been chosen as the construction company for both projects.
One of these communities, Highland in Melissa, was designed by UD Architects and will feature homes ranging from 780 to 1,500 square feet. These one- and two-story homes will come equipped with private fenced-in yards and attached garages. Monthly rental rates are estimated to start at $2,100.
The other community, Oak Grove in Aubrey designed by Architecture Demarest , will offer luxury one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes ranging from 770 to 1,625 square feet at its location on Oak Grove Lane . Monthly rental rates are anticipated to begin at $2
