Legacy Partners Leases Downtown Redmond Apartments

Legacy Partners and joint venture partner Lionstone Investments have announced the successful completion of construction and commencement of leasing for Eastline Grand, the first phase of the redevelopment project at Redmond Square Shopping Center in Downtown Redmond, Washington.

Spanning 3.5 acres, this mixed-use development features 623 residences spread across six stories. The groundbreaking for Eastline Grand took place in October 2021 while construction on the second phase, Eastline Central, began in fall 2022. This phase is expected to be completed by Q1 of 2025. Both phases were designed by Tiscareno Associates.

Situated at 16595 Redmond Way, Eastline Grand offers a variety of living options including studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 483 to
1,279 square feet. Additionally,
the ground floor boasts nearly
20,
000 square feet dedicated to retail space.
The second building,
Eastline Central,
located at
16502 Cleveland Street,is currently under construction with plans for312 residencesandapproximately13 ,000squarefeetofretailandcommercialspace .

In summary: Legacy Partners has successfully completed Phase One – called “EastLineGrand” – as part of their partnership with Lionstone Investments on a major redevelopment project located within DowntownRedmon d’s iconicRedmon dSquareShoppingCenter.Theprojectspansover3 .5acresandincludesa totalof623residencesdividedintosixstories.PhaseTwo,called”EastLineCentral”,iscurrentlyunderconstructionwithananticipatedcompletiondateinQ12025.TiscarenoAssociatesisthearchitectforbothphases,andthedevelopmentwillfeatureastunningmixofapartments,rangingfromstudios,toone,two,andthree-bedrooms,someaslargeas1279squarefeet.Additionally,thebuildingswillhousealmost33 ,000squarefeetoftotalretailandcommercialspace.
