Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers in North America, announced Todd Hendricks has joined their Illinois Industrial Services Group as a Senior Vice President. With decades-long presence in the Chicago market and his 20-year career in transportation, 3PL brokerage and industrial real estate, Hendricks provides nationwide brokerage services for acquiring and leasing industrial properties and land sites including off-market investments, build-to suit transactions as well as sale leaseback deals.
Hendricks specializes in sophisticated location analysis with an emphasis on last mile supply chain solutions for trucking distribution or manufacturing sectors. He spent seven years at Darwin Realty prior to joining Lee & Associates where he held corporate sales roles along with business development positions.
