Lee & Associates of Illinois negotiated a $1.8 million sale of a 1.03-acre retail pad located in Alsip, Illinois. The property was formerly the Bakers Square Restaurant and will now be the home of Belle Tire’s new development. Rick Scardino, Principal at Lee & Associates, represented seller Orion Capital while Dave and Ryan Chopp from DRC Realty LLC acted on behalf of buyer Barnes Development Company d/b/a Belle Tire – an American tire, wheel and automotive service retailer headquartered in Allen Park Michigan.
