Lee & Associates NYC Moves Headquarters to Midtown Office Tower

Lee & Associates NYC has signed a sublease for 17,580 square feet at 1211 Avenue of the Americas, relocating its headquarters from 845 Third Avenue to a portion of the 29th floor in Midtown Manhattan. Constructed in 1973 and renovated in 2008, this office tower was facilitated by a Lee & Associates NYC team led by Justin Myers and Dennis Someck representing the firm while Greg Herman, David Mosler, Dale Schlathler and Bruce Mosler of Cushman & Wakefield represented Royal Bank of Canada as sublandlord. This relocation marks an exciting new chapter for Lee & Associates NYC’s presence within New York City’s commercial real estate market.
