Lake Street Suite B in Elmhurst Illinois. Tom Maher from Hamilton Partners acted on behalf of the landlord for this transaction.
A 28,769 square foot expansion was also secured by Jeff Janda SIOR and Michael Plumb Principals at Lee & Associates of Illinois for Link Logistics’ 200 907 square foot property located on 775 Belden Avenue Addison IL bringing it to full occupancy status with tenant Bauderer Packaging being represented by Rick Morris from Cresa during negotiations.
