Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, successfully negotiated a sale of a 3.43-acre vacant lot located near the Southeast corner of West Bartlett Road and Route 25 in Bartlett, Illinois. Rick Scardino, Principal at Lee & Associates represented the seller Abbott Land while Dan Lynch from Colliers acted as Senior Vice President for Berman-Lapetina who purchased the property for $859,000 according to Chicago Business Journal .

The new multi-story self storage facility is planned to be built on this site which is situated in an area experiencing rapid residential expansion. “There’s a lot of new construction taking place for residential projects [in Bartlett], and a storage facility would certainly complement it,” said Scardino when discussing with Chicago Business Journal . He further added that he expects construction will begin before winter so as to avoid any challenges posed by cold weather or snowfall during this period.
