Industry veteran Todd Cohen has joined Lee & Associates South Florida as Principal, integrating his established TCC Advisors brand into the firm. Splitting time between Miami and Deerfield Beach offices, Cohen will focus on investment sales.
Prior to founding TCC Advisors, he worked as Managing Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors in South Florida and has negotiated more than $2 billion in transactions. He graduated summa cum laude from Duke University and earned a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate & Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
