Lee & Associates | Maryland has brokered the acquisition of Fosters Corner, a three-building commercial property located in the Monkton area of Baltimore County.
The property was acquired by Ensor Plumbing, a third-generation, family-owned company. Ensor Plumbing has relocated its corporate headquarters and 15-member team from Owings Mills to the newly purchased site. Fosters Corner, a historic location that has previously served the community as a hardware store and general store, offers approximately 16,000 square feet of combined commercial office and retail space.
Lee & Associates has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the remaining available spaces at the property. The firm recently secured Turtle Rock Ebikes as a new tenant. Glenn Ulick, Senior Vice President of Brokerage, and Ben Brooks of Lee & Associates are leading the leasing efforts.
Currently, 16927 York Road, a 4,200-square-foot building, remains fully available for lease. Meanwhile, the 1,500-square-foot space at 19621 York Road has been fully leased to Turtle Rock Ebikes.
