Lee & Associates represented Bullfrog International in a lease for 10,840 square feet at Gurnee Town Center, 7105 W. Grand Avenue, Gurnee, Illinois. The designer and manufacturer of high-end hot tubs was successfully assisted by three Lee & Associates brokers – Rick Scardino (Principal) and Michael Petrik (Associate) of Lee & Associates of Illinois; as well as Sean Bishop (Principal) from the Arizona branch. Representing the landlord Kite Realty were Branden Reedy and Jimmy Danaher from CBRE.
Gurnee Town Center is a power center located in the regional trade area with leading junior box tenants occupying a highly visible location.
