Lee & Associates New Jersey, led by Drew Maffey and Rick Marchisio, successfully facilitated two industrial transactions totaling 733,000 square feet in Burlington and Middlesex counties. An international logistics provider leased 478,000 square feet at 1620 River Road in Burlington with the tenant represented by Maffey, Marchisio and Michael Lee while Nate Demetsky of JLL represented the landlord. In South Brunswick, a secure storage company subleased a Class A property measuring 255,000 square feet at 301-321 Herrod Blvd., arranged by Maffey along with Will Ziegler and Matt Esposito. The sublandlord was represented by Dave Saltzman of Lee & Associates.
Maffey stated that their client was drawn to this property’s Class A functionality as well as its location in Burlington County which will provide superior access to regional thoroughfares while remaining close to their other area operations. This move will allow them to occupy the building as its sole tenant.
