Lee & Associates recently completed the sale of a 94,490-square-foot manufacturing building in Schaumburg, Illinois. The property, located at 2050 Mitchell Boulevard and adjacent to Schaumburg Regional Airport, was built in 1988 and sits on a spacious 10.8-acre lot.
The seller was represented by Terry Grapenthin, Michael Plumb, and Ryan Earley from Lee & Associates’ Illinois office. The buyer was represented by Nick Krejci and Noel Liston of Core Industrial Realty.
According to Grapenthin: “This well-maintained facility offers room for expansion with an additional 4.5 acres of land available for use. In today’s market where quality assets are scarce to find for purchase opportunities like this one are highly sought after.” He also noted that the similarities between the buyer’s operations made this property an ideal fit.
