Lee & Associates successfully negotiated a 10,200-square-foot lease for regional retail space at Randall Square Shopping Center in Geneva, Illinois. The tenant, Bullfrog International – a renowned designer and manufacturer of high-end hot tubs – has been rapidly expanding its portfolio in the Chicagoland market. This marks their third expansion within just a few months.
Representing Bullfrog were Lee & Associates brokers Rick Scardino (Principal), Michael Petrik (Associate of Lee & Associates of Illinois), and Sean Bishop (Principal of Lee & Associates Arizona). On the other hand, CBRE’s Branden Reedy and Jimmy Danaher represented landlord In Retail Fund Randall Square LLC.
According to Scardino: “This is an important corridor for Bullfrog Spas to establish themselves in. It will complement their existing locations in Vernon Hills and Gurnee that were secured recently. We are already planning further expansions after these three units open up.”
