### Cushman & Wakefield to Lease 100 Passaic Ave in Fairfield, NJ
Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for **100 Passaic Ave**, a **190,000-square-foot office property** in Fairfield, NJ. Known as the **Greenbrook Executive Center**, the property is owned and managed by **Accordia**, which also maintains its headquarters in the building.
The leasing efforts will be led by **William O’Keefe, Mark Zaziski, and Patrick Decker** of Cushman & Wakefield, who will market the available spaces on behalf of Accordia.
