John Fox Place, formerly known as Nesbit, is a seven-story 82,000-square-foot apartment project located in Seattle’s Licton Springs neighborhood. The Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) has begun leasing the 104 units and expects to complete construction in the coming months. Residents will have access to studio up to three bedroom apartments at or below 50% or 60% Area Median Income (AMI).
Financing for John Fox Place came from Seattle’s Office of Housing, Red Stone Equity Partners, Umpqua Bank and state sources such as Washington State Housing Trust Fund and Washington State Housing Finance Commission according to Puget Sound Business Journal . Pyatok Architects partnered with Hewitt Architects on design while Exxel Pacific served as general contractor. Other members of the project team include Latitude 48 Engineers; Quantum Consulting Engineers; 4EA Engineering; O’Brien 360; A3 Acoustics; Geotech Consultants and McKinney Engineering.
