EQ Office, Blackstone’s US office portfolio company, has appointed David Marks as Director of Leasing in Seattle. Effective immediately, he will be responsible for day-to-day leasing operations and providing a best-in-class experience for tenants in the region.
Marks brings extensive experience to his new role with a successful track record of solving space needs within the Seattle area. Most recently at Newmark, he managed over six million square feet of office space and completed more than 400 leases across various environments while also serving as an advisor on sales and acquisitions projects for clients locally. Prior to that position at Broderick Group, Marks grew and managed an office listing portfolio totaling 1.5 million square feet with 50 lease transactions annually under his belt from JLL’s industrial real estate team where he began his career .
