Franklin Street’s Retail Services team has been chosen to oversee leasing for The Promenade at Town Center, a 230,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Palm Coast, Florida. Developed by Persimmon Capital Partners, the project is set to include 204 residential units and 57,000 square feet of commercial space. The goal is to attract a diverse mix of retail stores, restaurants and professional offices. Construction on the project began in July with an expected completion date of early 2026.
Located within the bustling Palm Coast Town Center neighborhood spanning over 2,050 acres,the Promenade will offer ground floor options for retailers,casual dining spots,services providers,and co-working spaces.The upper floors will feature studio apartments as well as one and two-bedroom residences complete with balconies.
