**Leasing Launched for West Side of Bell Works Chicagoland**
Phase I of Bell Works Chicagoland has reached 98% occupancy, according to developer Inspired by Somerset Development. With strong demand for space at the innovative metroburb campus, leasing has officially commenced for the expansive West Side component of the project.
The West Side redevelopment will add more than 500,000 square feet, accommodating numerous new and existing businesses. Plans include 430,000 square feet of traditional office space, along with approximately 35,000 square feet across 16 fully furnished suites. These suites are available for flexible short- and long-term leases and range in size from 1,000 to 4,000 square feet.
In addition, the new phase will feature a state-of-the-art conference center with five rooms capable of hosting up to 370 attendees. The expansion also includes 70,000 square feet of retail space to further enhance the site’s mixed-use ecosystem.
Inspired by Somerset Development has also finalized the sale of a planned residential project within the Bell Works Chicagoland campus. Known as The Towns at Bell Works Chicagoland, the development was sold to PulteGroup and is part of a larger 20-acre residential district. A 300-unit apartment complex within the same area is currently undergoing the approval process.
