**Leasing Underway at Historic Swift Building**
Radom Capital and Triten Real Estate Partners have officially broken ground on The Swift BLDG, a transformative redevelopment of the historic Swift & Company Packing Plant. Originally constructed in 1917 and 1953, the site will be repurposed with a $10 million investment. Origin Bank is providing construction financing, while Elysium Construction has been named the general contractor. The project is being designed by the renowned Michael Hsu Office of Architecture.
The Swift BLDG will offer more than 30,000 square feet of office space, featuring a blend of culinary concepts and tenants focused on health and wellness. Office leasing is being led by Bubba Harkins, Jenny Sealy, and Nina Seyyedin.
In addition to the office space, the development includes approximately 30,000 square feet of retail space. Barton Kelly and Sidney Whaley of Radom Capital are heading the retail leasing efforts. Currently, only three retail spaces remain available.
Tenants who have already signed leases at the Swift BLDG represent a dynamic mix of restaurant, dessert, fitness, wellness, beauty, and office-related uses. With 45% of the project currently under negotiation, the development is gaining strong momentum. The anticipated delivery date for available spaces is projected for the second quarter of 2026.
