Leasing Assignment at Howard Hughes Woodlands Secured by JLL

JLL has been awarded the leasing assignment for The Howard Hughes Corporation® office portfolio in The Woodlands, Texas. With over 4.2 million square feet of Class AAA office buildings and an additional 2.5 million square feet of planned development, JLL will be responsible for all leasing efforts in the community. Leading this team is Scott Fikes and Jack Russo from JLL Houston who have opened a dedicated leasing office in The Woodlands to facilitate their work on this project as well as Bridgeland – another award-winning master planned community located northwest of Houston that includes a 55,000 square foot mass timber building and future offices within its emerging urban hub known as Bridgeland Central. Home to 120,000 residents with 66,000 workers employed by 2,400 employers across various industries makes it an attractive destination for businesses looking to expand or relocate operations into the area.
