Leasing activity in Boston’s life science market has returned to pre-pandemic levels, according to second-quarter 2023 statistics from Cushman & Wakefield. While leasing activity slowed during the quarter, it is expected to rebound as Greater Boston remains a thriving hub for life science companies.
