Lincoln Property Company Southeast has been tapped to lease 1075 Big Shanty Road, a premier office building in Kennesaw, GA owned by The Atlantic Companies. Executive Vice President Michael Howell, Vice President Caroline Fisher and Leasing Associate Robert deGolian will handle leasing for the 72,000-square-foot building which boasts 15.37 acres of beautiful grounds in the Town Center area near Kennesaw State University and retail, dining and entertainment destinations.
This assignment follows Lincoln’s previous award of leasing services for nearby Chastain Meadows also owned by The Atlantic Companies. “Our team is pleased to work alongside The Atlantic Companies providing leasing services to these two projects,” said Fisher. “The proximity to nearby amenities and direct access to major interstates position both assets as leading options in the submarket with ownership’s recent improvements now complete.” She added that they look forward introducing top-tier tenants at both properties soon.
