Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and Clarion Partners have completed lease-up at the 1.7-million-square-foot Center at Needham Ranch (CANR) industrial park in Santa Clarita ahead of delivery. Beverage manufacturer DrinkPAK has leased the last two buildings in the development’s final phase, expanding its footprint to 965,000 square feet across five buildings within CANR.
John Balestra, principal with TCC’s Los Angeles office commented on this achievement: “The Center at Needham Ranch was developed to fill a growing need for state-of-the art Class A industrial space in the LA North industrial submarket.” Newmark’s Patrick DuRoss, John DeGrinis and Jeff Abraham represented DrinkPAK while CBRE’s Craig Peters, Cameron Merrill and Doug Sonderegger are handling leasing for CANR.
