BLT Enterprises recently leased its 37,026-square-foot industrial outdoor storage property at 7748 Industry Ave. in Pico Rivera, which includes a 10,200-square-foot warehouse to Cintas Uniform Rental for a 10 year lease. The site’s 28% coverage made it highly desirable for fleet vehicle storage and additional warehouse space for the incoming tenant.
