Stream Realty Partners’ Washington, D.C. division has been selected to handle the leasing responsibilities for four office buildings owned by Brookfield Properties in the Central Business District. The total combined space of these properties is 814,469 square feet and will be managed by Kyle Luby, John Klinke, Tim McCarty, and Josh McDonald from Stream’s team. These buildings include 2001 M Street, 1220 19th Street ,2000 M Street,and1140 Connecticut Avenue with various amenities like rooftop terraces,f itness centers,and on-site conference facilities.
