Lease Deals at 515 Madison Ave: GFP Inks 4 Deals Totaling 13K-SF

GFP Real Estate has added four leases totaling 12,924 square feet at 515 Madison Ave in the Plaza District. Weiss Wellness signed a 10-year lease for 6,536 square feet on the fifth floor, expanding from their previous space with Martin McGrath of GFP Real Estate and William Grover of Newmark representing them in the transaction. Components by John McCoy secured a five-year lease for 5,212 square feet on the 20th floor for executive offices with Jacob Wolkenfeld of Norman Bobrow representing them. Tower Enterprises also acquired a five-year lease for 650 square feet on the third floor represented by William Akleh of Sido while Luxury Watch Repairs Inc signed a three-year lease for 526 square footson seventh floor represented by John Akleh from Sido. Both landlords were represented in all four transactions by Martin McGrath and William Grover respectively.
