Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a new long-term 234,200-square-foot lease for acoustic and thermal management company NVH Korea at Gardner Logistics Park in Locust Grove, GA. Building 2 of the six building Class A development will be fully occupied by NVH Korea when complete. The park is located at 381 Davis Lake Rd with two points of access to Interstate 75 along US Route 23 and Market Place Boulevard as well as US Highway 42.
James Phillpott, Ray Stache, Lisa Pittman and Helen Cauthen from Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord Scannell Properties in negotiations for NVH Korea’s lease agreement. The team has been managing leasing efforts across all three phases of the park’s development since its inception.
NVH Korea’s new long term lease marks them as sixth major tenant to occupy Gardner Logistics Park upon completion – an impressive feat that speaks volumes about this premier industrial space in Locust Grove, GA .
