Raising Cane has recently leased 4,518 square feet of space at 39-20 Main Street in Flushing. The fast-food restaurant will occupy the ground, mezzanine and lower levels of the property.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew Kahn, Fanny Fan and Adrienne Gallus represented JBS Holding Corp., landlord for this transaction while JLL’s Corey Zolcinski and Erin Grace represented Raising Cane as tenant.
Fanny Fan commented on this deal saying “The property benefits from its prime location on one of the city’s busiest intersections combined with foot traffic from Flushing’s rapidly growing Chinatown area.” She further added “This is one of the highest retail rents per square foot ever achieved in Downtown Flushing.”
