Lease 500K SF Warehouse at Carolina Logistics Park | Grainger

Beacon Partners is developing Carolina Logistics Park, a nearly 300-acre industrial space located 15 miles from Charlotte, NC. W.W. Grainger Inc., an industrial supplier based in Lake Forest, IL has recently leased more than 525,000 square feet of bulk warehouse space at the park and it is expected to be operational by 2024. The Conlan Co., Merriman Schmitt Architects, Orsborn Engineering Group and Wells Fargo were part of Beacon’s project team for the building while JLL’s Jake Ehrenberg Matthew Greer Rich Grieder and Rob Wheeler represented Grainger in this transaction. Current tenants include Amazon which leases over 1 million square feet as well as Carolina Foods with leasing efforts led by Tim Robertson of Beacon Partners
