Colliers has partnered with Bridge Industrial to lease over one million square feet of industrial space in Perth Amboy, NJ. This development is set to be completed in the first half of 2021 and offers excellent access to New Jersey ports and trucking routes, along with features like 40′ clear heights, ample parking, and ring roads for easy demisability for each building.
A Colliers team led by executive managing director Doug Bansbach and vice president Linda Hill was selected to handle the leasing process.
