Whitestone Companies has recently acquired the 275-room Le Méridien Atlanta Perimeter in partnership with Shaner Hotels, purchasing it from Starwood Capital Group. The 12-story hotel boasts a total of 224,684 square feet and is conveniently located near popular attractions such as Perimeter Mall, State Farm and Mercedes-Benz corporate offices, UPS headquarters and Cox Communications headquarters.
According to Whitestone’s Jay Batra, “Atlanta has been on our radar for some time now. With the acquisition of Le Méridien, we believe we have secured an exceptional property in a prime location with significant potential for growth.”
