The LCP Group has successfully secured an $85 million refinancing deal for two prominent Denver hotels, the Brown Palace Hotel and Spa, Autograph Collection and the Holiday Inn Express Denver Downtown. This financing package was facilitated by Crescent Real Estate through a senior loan from Benefit Street Partners and a mezzanine loan from a partnership between LCP and Ares Management.
Located in the bustling Downtown area of Denver, these two hotels offer a combined total of 705 rooms. The Brown Palace Hotel Complex boasts 474 luxurious rooms with easy access to key demand hubs such as the CBD, River North Arts district, and Lower Downtown district. With over 130 years of history behind it, this iconic hotel continues to be one of Denver’s top destinations for both lodging and social events. Meanwhile,the Holiday Inn Express offers 231 well-appointed rooms just minutes away from popular attractions like Union Stationand Coors Field.
