LCOR Unveils Proposed Edgewater Apartment Tower Design Plans

LCOR has revealed the first details of its newest full-service rental development at 1775 Biscayne in Edgewater. The proposed 42-story tower will create 544 premium rental residences, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami. Additionally, the development will feature 50,000 square feet of amenity space such as a rooftop pool, state-of-the art fitness center with various tenant lounges and co-working spaces; a 628 space onsite parking garage; 10+ thousand square feet of ground floor retail; gaming area; WiFi throughout building common areas – all within walking distance to public transportation like Metromover & Brightline.

The project is being designed by ODP Architects who recently submitted plans to the Miami Urban Development Review Board for review & approval.
