Northside Hospital Gwinnett has broken ground on Northside Medical Buford, a new 100,000 square foot medical office building located at 2800 Buford Drive in Lawrenceville, GA. This joint venture between Northside Hospital Gwinnett, Physicians Realty Trust and Realty Trust Group will provide patients with access to cardiology services, imaging services ,medical oncology care ,orthopedic care ,primary care and urgent care.
The hospital acquired the land for $10 million in 2020 which is 35 miles southwest of downtown Atlanta near Coolray Field and across from The Exchange at Gwinnett with direct access to I-85. Completion of this project is anticipated next summer while Northside recently opened a medical office building at its Gwinnett campus where construction continues on the 15-story patient tower . Additionally Phase II of The Grove at Towne Center in Snellville GA is also part of their plans for expansion .
