**Fenwick & West Signs 50,000-SF Lease at One Front Street in San Francisco**
Fenwick & West LLP, a prominent law firm specializing in technology and life sciences, has signed a lease for approximately 50,000 square feet at One Front Street, a Class A office tower in San Francisco’s Financial District. The firm will relocate from its current offices at the Bank of America Tower at 555 California Street and will occupy two and a half floors at the new location.
The leasing deal was facilitated by JLL, with vice chairman Chris Roeder, senior managing director Ted Davies, senior vice president Tom Doupe, and executive managing director Wes Powell representing the property’s owner, Paramount Group. Fenwick & West LLP was represented by CBRE’s vice chairmen Clay Hammerstein and Tim Kazul along with executive vice president Jon Wittemyer.
