Brookfield Properties has announced the renewal of Nixon Peabody LLP’s lease at their 799 Ninth Street NW office property in Washington, D.C. The international law firm will continue to occupy 43,000 square feet of space in the fully renovated ten-story Class A building located in the transit-rich East End.
