Adler & Stachenfeld LLP has recently announced the addition of two new partners, Jonathan E. Rothstein and Matthew P. Carpinello, effective January 1, 2024. Rothstein will be joining the Joint Venture Practice Group under the mentorship of Christopher Gorman and Kim Le, while Carpinello will be stepping into the Finance Practice Group led by Ilya Leyvi.
With a focus on corporate real estate transactions, Rothstein brings extensive experience in handling joint ventures for private equity funds, developers and investors with deals valued at over $2 billion. He has also successfully orchestrated programmatic ventures exceeding $550 million.
Carpinello’s expertise lies in representing real estate funds and financial institutions in structuring loans and investments worth billions of dollars. One notable deal includes a significant mortgage loan worth $388 million for a luxury condo development.
