Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has promoted Lauren Wayne to senior vice president of Accounting & Investor Reporting. With over 18 years of financial and real estate experience, Wayne previously held the position of vice president of Accounting with CRC since 2010. She also worked with Sterling Partners and PWC prior to joining CRC.
In her new role as SVP, Wayne oversees all corporate accounting functions while managing third-party equity fund investment accounting and reporting for the firm’s $3.5 billion portfolio spread across ten states. David Donato, CRC’s COO commented on this promotion: “When I think of the ways Lauren has transformed our accounting and investor reporting function over the years, I can’t help but reflect on how far we have come from a family real estate office to a multibillion-dollar real estate investment manager serving hundreds upon hundreds individual investors, family offices & institutional investors.”
