Aurora Capital Associates and William Gottlieb Real Estate recently launched sales at The Keller at 150 Barrow, a residential condominium development overlooking the West Village waterfront. A redevelopment of a historic property dating back to 1898, the project is the first new development to launch in the West Village in more than four years and has already seen over $50 million worth of signed contracts.
Stephen Ferrara, co-founder of The Hudson Advisory Team – exclusive sales agents for The Keller – commented on buyers’ desire for an attractive entry point into luxury real estate market: “Very rarely does one find such a boutique full-service condominium with this type of unit mix on prime West Village waterfront.”
Clayton Orrigo from Hudson Advisory added that what makes The Keller so unique is its remarkable history; offering prospective owners “the chance to own newly constructed homes within century-old New York City architecture” being something rare indeed.
