Groundbreaking for King Street Properties’ The Landing in Burlingame marked the firm’s first life science development project in the San Francisco Bay Area. Spanning 4.5 acres, this campus will include two buildings with over 500,000 square feet of lab and office space as well as tailored amenities for tenants and public use.

The project is being developed by Helios Real Estate Partners with design by Perkins&Will; Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Company serves as contractor while JLL provides leasing services.
