Launch Entertainment has recently secured a 31,842 square feet retail lease at 260 Bergen Turnpike in Little Ferry, New Jersey. The space is part of a grocery-anchored shopping center spanning over 155,444 square feet. Launch will be occupying the former location of HMart.
The shopping center boasts nearly 1,000 feet of frontage along Bergen Turnpike. CBRE’s Marta Villa negotiated the lease transaction on behalf of ownership (Bergen Ferry Associates LP), while Brian Wherty from Equity Retail Brokers represented Launch.
According to Villa, “the retail space at 260 Bergen Turnpike was an ideal fit for Launch.” She further added that the entertainment company recognized how well-suited the physical attributes were for their growing trampoline and family entertainment center needs.
This latest development marks another milestone for Launch Entertainment as they continue to expand their presence in New Jersey with this new location acquisition.
