Brixton Capital has recently completed the sale of Decatur 215, a thriving shopping center in Las Vegas. The property, spanning over 126,000 square feet and situated on a prime location near Route 95 and downtown Las Vegas, was sold for $36.3 million to a private investor as part of their successful 1031 exchange.

The transaction was brokered by Lucescu Realty who represented the buyer with expertise and professionalism. Brixton had acquired Decatur 215 from Kimco Realty five years ago for $28.6 million through Commercial Search reports.

Built in 2013 on an expansive site measuring at16.2 acres, this retail center boasts eight buildings that house popular national brands such as Petco, Hobby Lobby,and ULTA Beauty along with regional favorites like Sprouts Farmer’s Market,Sleep Number,and Blaze Pizza.The diverse mix of tenants contributed to its fully leased status at the time of sale,making it an attractive investment opportunity.
